What we collect
- Form data: name, email, mobile number, business, notes.
- Consent logs: checkbox value, timestamp, IP, version of consent text.
- Messaging metadata: delivery status, reply keywords (STOP/HELP/START), message counts.
- Website analytics/cookies (if enabled): basic usage stats; no sale of personal data.
How we use it
- To schedule demos and send transactional SMS you opted into.
- To provide support and improve our services.
- To comply with law and protect against abuse/fraud.
SMS Program Terms
- Opt-in: by checking the consent box on our form or texting DEMO to our number.
- Frequency: up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help. Carriers not liable for delays/undelivered msgs.

Sharing
We use service providers (e.g., telephony/CRM) to deliver messages and manage bookings. They process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Consent logs are kept for compliance. Call/SMS records are retained for [30/60/90] days unless you request deletion, subject to legal holds.

- Unsubscribe from SMS: reply STOP.

Region-specific notices
California/CCPA: You may request access or deletion; we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising.
