SMS Program

• Opt-in: You agree by checking the consent box on this form or by texting the keyword DEMO to our number.
• Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month.
• Fees: Message & data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel; you’ll receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help.
• Support: Email hello@izzimo.ai.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: U.S. recipients 18+ (or with organization consent).
